JANEZ LOMBERGAR
Janez Lombergar je ustvarjalec televizijskega programa javne RTV Slovenija. Kot umetnostni zgodovinar je bil v začetnih letih urednik za področje umetnostne zgodovine in spomeniškega varstva v kulturni redakciji, v osemdesetih letih pa urednik otroškega in mladinskega programa. V desetletju 1992-2002 je bil sprva glavni urednik televizijskih programov in potem direktor Televizije Slovenija, potem je vzpostavil in vodil televizijsko Izobraževalno središče, v obdobju 2010-2014 pa je bil znova direktor Televizije Slovenija. Je avtor številnih scenarijev, zlasti za oddaje s področja zgodovine, kulturne zgodovine, etnologije in umetnosti. Njegova aktualna oddaja Spomini predstavlja dokumentaristične portrete ljudi, ki so v različnih socialnih in družbenih okoljih doživeli čas pred, med in po drugi svetovni vojni. Leta 2022 je za niz oddaj prejel posebno nagrado Slovenskega sociološkega društva.
Janez Lombergar is a contributor to the television programme of the public broadcaster Radio Television Slovenia. As an art historian, in the early years he was editor for art history and monument conservation in the cultural editorial office, and in the '80s he was editor of the children's and youth programme. In the decade 1992-2002, he was first the editor-in-chief of television programs and then the director of Television Slovenia and then he established and managed the Television Education Center. In the period 2010-2014 he was again the director of Television Slovenia. He is the author of numerous scripts, especially for programmes on history, cultural history, ethnology and art. His current programme, Spomini, presents documentary portraits of people in different social and societal environments who lived through the time before, during and after the Second World War. In 2022, he received a special award from the Slovenian Sociological Association for this series of broadcasts.
