HD is a force breathing life into New York City's underground queer nightlife ecology since 2012. After years of producing and promoting parties, HD has gone on to DJ at clubs and cultural institutions around the world. Blending hip-hop, R&B, reggaeton, house, club, freestyle, cumbia, dancehall, and more into a distinctly danceable flavor, HD is a genre specialist with a vast range.
HD has played festivals including Governor’s Ball, Austin City Limits, and Pitchfork Festival (Berlin). HD has DJ’d for or alongside Princess Nokia, Eartheater, D Double E, Mykki Blanco, Rico Nasty, Kelela, Junglepussy, among many others, as well as played underground parties in London, Los Angeles, Stockholm, New Orleans, Berlin, Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Chicago.
HD hosts a monthly radio show for NTS Radio since 2018 and The Lot Radio since 2016. Known for getting a crowd dancing with an expansive selection of classic tracks and deep cuts, HD has provided musical selections and soundscapes for all types of environments.
