The Harness is the solo queercore project of Serbian musician Filip Stojiljković. Formed in 2018, the project
blends hardcore punk and noise into an uncompromising DIY performance centered on queer identity, political
resistance and emotional vulnerability.
Originally conceived as a response to the lack of openly queer voices within the regional hardcore scene, The
Harness explores themes of isolation, solidarity, anti-fascism, liberation and personal autonomy.
Drawing equally from abrasive and noisy hardcore, the project embraces a
raw live approach where performance and message are inseparable.
In 2026, The Harness performed its first live shows, expanding beyond the studio while continuing to participate in DIY festivals and underground initiatives
across the Balkans.

The Harness, prvotno zasnovan kot odgovor na pomanjkanje odkrito queer glasov na regionalni hardcore sceni, raziskuje teme izolacije, solidarnosti, antifašizma, osvoboditve in osebne avtonomije.
