Kaja Gajšek je magistrirala na Pravni fakulteti Univerze v Ljubljani, kjer se je v okviru svojega raziskovalnega dela posebej posvečala vprašanju dostopnosti prava. Med študijem je kot pripravnica delovala na področju evropskega prava človekovih pravic pri European Implementation Network in Border Violence Monitoring Network. Trenutno je pravna svetovalka pri Pravni mreži za varstvo demokracije ter asistentka in raziskovalka na Fakulteti za družbene vede Univerze v Ljubljani. Pri svojem delu se ukvarja predvsem z vprašanji ustavnega, upravnega in protidiskriminacijskega prava, v zadnjem času pa se posebej posveča problematiki strateških tožb za onemogočanje javnega udejstvovanja (SLAPP).

Kaja Gajšek holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana, where her research focused on access to law. During her studies, she worked as a legal trainee in the field of European human rights law at the European Implementation Network and the Border Violence Monitoring Network. She currently works as a legal advisor at the Legal Network for the Protection of Democracy and as an assistant and researcher at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Ljubljana. Her work focuses primarily on constitutional, administrative, and anti-discrimination law. She is currently focusing on analysing the legal aspects of strategic lawsuits against public participation (SLAPPs).
